Cool. It really isn’t hard to do at all. I experimented with 23/1 too, and even that is fully doable.

true, I haven't done 23/1 for longer than 3 months straight, but it is very effective.
I think a lot of people would benefit greatly from giving their digestive system a regular rest. And to once again experience being a little hungry. Being hungry in the slightest throws most people into a low key panic lol
Autophagy for the win..⚡️💪⚡️
Energy levels are through the roof, I regularly do supplemented caloric restricted intermittent juice fasts for months in a row, 23.5h fast with 30m feeding window. I literally need do exhaust myself with 3-4h workouts a day, often even working out longer than I sleep :)
haha yeah most people dont even want to spend 5 minutes feeling hungry, although it is very beneficial for them in the long run. I have now timed my lifestyle in a way that I start my workout when I get pretty hungry. after 10 minutes into my workout, I forget all about my hunger. After my workout, I take a shower. After my shower, I am extremely hungry and I break my fast. I start with some fruit and then consume the bulk of my protein. If I am still hungry shortly before my eating window ends, I consume some carbs till satisfied. This has worked very well for me so far, and I can only recommend it 🐱
So you get the big majority of your calories in one meal?
