The Nostr industry here seems to be missing several things on their radar, like this topic. Overall, many Nostr entrepreneurs are behaving as if they're in the Wild West and laws don't apply to them. It's like they're going through that teenage "I'll do whatever I want" phase. They're far from professional maturity and definitely not grown up yet. Many of them are going to have a rude awakening soon. nostr:nevent1qqs9f9yv2n8ekkpln4zg8h83kmpa0x7hxg4fuv835h4z8f3dugdacrcphkkg0

Any other topics missing that should be noted?

KYC wallets like Primals might have an onboarding advantage but long term are a terrible idea. I had to use Coinbase for the first time a few months ago and it's so bad.

I’m sorry you had to use coinbase!! It’s so bad I can’t stand it.. hopefully you don’t have to use them again. Key management/rotation is an issue that needs to be addressed as well

Unfortunately there is one local org I support that doesn't want to move off Coinbase 😮‍💨

Yes, key management/rotation. This gets brought up from time to time but I never see a solution proposed.

Agreed. If they want to be taken seriously they need to act like it…

KYC undermines the whole value proposition though, so its a no go.

better to keep going and play 'wack a mole' through decentralized ownership
