Yup. I was telling nostr:npub1nl8r463jkdtr0qu0k3dht03jt9t59cttk0j8gtxg9wea2russlnq2zf9d0 all about it because it can be very painful to do certain movements and I’m trying to find a good yoga routine for when I’m in a flare up so I’m not just laying stiff. If nostr:npub1emv9nzykxsp3gxst7psavyzr4fauhcct69c8zqrengyg4d7gxcfqsnl7mx has heard anything or thinks something might be helpful, I am ALL ears🫂 I recently did a reiki session for it, I’m literally open to anything

I don’t know what your experience must feel like. But I am finally getting to the point in my life where my periods aren’t super painful anymore and I never used to think that was possible. The uterus holds so much memory and trauma so I hope some reprogramming can ease your symptoms

Every month is a crapshoot for me tbh 🤷‍♀️ (when it comes to pain, never know what I’m gonna get)

Yeah, mine used to be so rough. My yoga practice helped but I think more so it was reframing my relationship with the divine feminine and the earth. It might sound a little strange and esoteric to some but doing things like offering the blood back to the earth created this huge shift in my body. I’d love to someday do more writing of what I’m learning and help women improve their relationships with their bodies

I think deep dives into the divine feminine are ALWAYS welcome! Do write more about it!
