Seeing as the brain is a neural net, I imagine it will Interface with the brain via neural net. Even if you can read and understand the code, no one is capable of understanding the implications of the feedback loops it creates.

🤯

I imagine it becoming like an extremely addictive drug. Once you get it, you cant remove it, even if you wanted to.

Not an Apple fan but computer-brain interface seems like no-brainer. Why would you want to interact with computer through hands, few bytes per second?

Ofcourse don't put in your head propritery shit that talks to just one proprietary app in your proprietary phone 🤷🏻‍♂️

Cause I'm not a transhumanist.

I use chain saws , but I wouldn't recommend surgically attaching one onto my skeleton just because it might be slightly more convenient .

Big government's ultimate dream. Talk about being able to tell you what to do!!!

What? That doesn't make the slightest sense.

"Look everyone has data connection right to their homes. Big government wet dream, they can now tell us what to do."

Meanwhile the Internet was the biggest power equalizer between governments and people.

We were talking about chips in the body, right? I was extrapolating out to the time the powers that be may be able to move you in one direction or another, and maybe include a little punishment if you don't move as they wish. K?

Well I was giving an example that the fact that some data connection exists, doesn't mean governments will be able to controll it and use it against you.

Why would you assume they will be able to controll what is going on in the CB interface any more than they can control your internet connection?

I suppose I assume because if this research is being done, I'll bet'ya it's being funded by someone other than free market venture capitalists. I mean gov't, of course. And if gov't is involved, I don't like it..Gov't WILL look to control & force you. I understand gov't having a measure of control over the internet, but Starlink is out there too. Does a VPN help keep one anonymous? I've always wondered how good they are.

Well, internet started as government research. I hate government as much as anyone (my profile picture says death to all opressors/governments).

They will try to control it, that is without a question but I bet on their incompetency and ingenuity of people and say it will be net benefit for freedom. And my opinion is based on existing technology which, despite the fact it started as government research, they are not able to control it and it was net benefit for freedom.

Wow man the Apple Anal PRObe analyses my shit in real time and tells my Smort-Refridgerator what food Amazon thinks I should eat this week. Feeling so productive !
