the rationale about that is reducing the number of unwanted/wild dogs.
so you basically can't mix breeds at any circumstances.
but as usually in our country nobody cares what gov thinks ))
and we don't have wild dogs as a bonus.
Seems fucked when so many full blood breeds have so many health issues

but I can't blame government for that. ppl are sick and willing to do anything for bucks.
More interesting is how fucked up is the reputation system.
We, who understand the particular breed(s) would never touch literally sick/degenerated dogs from some legal breeders.
but they still sell them and keep worsening the line.
That's one of the sad parts. Dogs are amazing animals and they will breed them till the earth ends. They over breed, breed in health issues because of "lineage" and it just makes the dogs suffer
I don't think this could have any effect on stray dogs. Stray dogs are reduced thanks to a dense network of shelter. Crossbreed dogs are common anyway. Accidents happens.
