thats not true, you dont have to download it from google play.
just use aurora store. I dont even have google play on my android phones, purposes removed it or didnt install it with LineageOS.
If you don't need lnaddress Phoenix is good.

I'd say go for the first as it does not have the risk attached of being geoblocked bc of being a lightning wallet (it's not a lightning app; it's a bot hiding inside Telegram which is a chatapp)

ln.tips is also the only one showing comments attached to zaps plus has a lightning address (and also can provide an anonymous one, so your Telegram username wont get exposed; click menu - advanced - see the lightning address it provides in the first line; looks like 0x028272891@ln.tips)
