First target is 30 days. Change up your habits and do things to distract you so it’s not likely to get its claws in you. Drinking hurts your will power and reinforces old habits. Dodging that may be helpful. This is a chemical, and chemicals are wiley. Don’t fly close to the sun, just get through the first hardest segment with distraction, occupation and new habits in places where the habit can’t tell the body that the chemical needs to fuck with you.
