Good morning #Nostr fam Wednesday, hump day for some. What are you going to do with these next scarce 24 hours ahead?! I wanna know.

As for me, busy day with mostly mom stuffs. I'm glad she's still here though and getting a little better each day.

Have a great one friends!

Weeding at a farm, hanging out with my mom who came to visit for the week, legal research for cooperative land ownership, and helping define a specification for online purchasing. Oh, nd maybe some sleep.

Glad to hear your mom is getting better Shashue.

I'm trying to untangle what a client needs right now. Maybe some writing or a walk when I cut free of work. It's looking to be a really nice day.

It's all about incentives. πŸ˜‚πŸ€£ My mom does not like being told what to do (I wonder where I get that from). So her motivation is to get "this dude" (me) out of her face.

What are your clients challenges? Mine currently is getting her voice back. So today I played some old voicemails that she's left for me (some over 5 years old). There were some grunts and moans and she excitedly did the tongue exercise (I know, sounds kinky) but her speech therapist showed me what she needs to do. Poking her cheeks with the tongue and swishing mouth wash from both sides of her mouth, etc.

I'm in account management, so I spend most of my time researching and understanding business needs and how to apply my company's software for the best outcome. Some clients, like this one, are not especially technical and they think that software is a magic wand. So I have to temper their expectations and foster a constructive dialogue.
