What's your routine for #backday ?

Lots of rowing motions. I donโ€™t go heavy. No ego just focus on the squeeze and slow decline. It works. U need your mind strong to grow.

Yep, rowing hurts my back coz i have a herniated disc. I mainly do core exercises.

Starting Strength has deadlifts in em. My back got pretty thick compared to a year ago.

Yea it helps. Doing that as well.
