I was sitting out in the sun enjoying the cool breeze today. The wind was blowing dandelions into the air and it was very peaceful. I haven’t had an experience like this since my early 20s before I developed severe seasonal allergies. I could never understand how someone could live over 20 years without allergies and then suddenly have allergies so bad that you can’t even open a window in the spring. Doctors offered no explanation, they just prescribed allergy medicine. I took them and felt relief. A year later, allergy season was back and the allergy medicine wasn’t working anymore. I was told that I needed something stronger and that’s when I stopped taking them. I just suffered through it for years ever since, trying to find a cure. So how am I sitting here breathing this air today without an allergic reaction? I’m not exactly sure but there are a number of things I’ve changed in my life since then that I will list:

1) stopped eating seed oils.

2) stopped eating refined sugar.

3) cut out gut disrupting ingredients (e.g. guar gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan, etc.).

4) cut down on bread significantly and eliminated gluten completely.

5) ate homemade pickles AND drank the pickle juice.

6) took the antihistamine supplement from Paul Saladino’s business.

It’s hard to say exactly what fixed my allergy problems. It could very well be a combination of all these things but if I had to choose one I’d say it was the pickles. They seemed to have the most immediate impact and they tasted so good prior to allergy season which could be an indication from your body that there is a nutrient you need. I didn’t crave or desire pickles as much later on during the year. The good bacteria that you get from pickles is a natural immunity booster. Which leads to an important question: what other natural remedies did our ancestors use to fight off common ailments?

have you tried making your own pickles? I’m finding it hard to find actual good fermented ones lately

My pickles are homemade. A lot of simple recipes online.

If you really wanna know, go down the quantum biology rabbit hole of "light-water-magnetism" my friend.

Get as much sun barefooted as you can (if you're somewhere safe to ground) and eat food that grows or lives only in your current light environment.

See every sunrise with your eyes physically outside, not inside. The color temperature of the sun at this point sets the circadian clock inside of you.

Avoid non-native EMFs as much as you can (blue-lit screens, microwaves, 5G, etc..)

These are some of the best tips I can give ya, this is also why those Amish people don't get cancer or other ailments which are prevalent in "civilised" areas.

I’ve listened to Dr. Jack Kruse but idk

Sats done told you honey and onions

Together??

Yes queen. I forget the process but you soak the onions in the (local) honey for a few weeks and then take a table spoon at a time? It's something like that. Grok it. But yeah, that's the old timey method.

Sounds kind of like another fermentation process but with honey instead. Does it taste good?

I haven't tried it. I was cursed in a lot of way but allergies are typically not one of them.

How are you going to tell me to try it when you never tried it? 😂

Guinea pig

I know right 😂

How am I gonna tell you it works if I don't have the same problem as you

But I don’t have the problem anymore

Well I guess I'll go and fuck myself

😂😂😂🫡

I already eat honey and onions. Just not together. What’s the benefit of putting them together besides possible diarrhea?

It’s an old remedy. Together they form a remedy against infections. Good prevention method during flu season. nostr:npub1ng8zqsa04gzk5y4ch0nh43xrrpwqu27ydvf24s2cdzg5gv3upc7qycqjc0 is the specialist of this

A fed using natural homeopathic remedies is sus

Very sus

The diarrhea is the cure

😂

So what exactly do you eat on a daily basis? I am picturing some spartan monk diet that taste like nothing 😬

It doesn't taste like nothing, it taste like pickles! Did you not read the post? 🥒🤔🥒

Yeah, but pickle… and then what else?

Just pickles.

This is the way

My daily always includes eggs, ground beef, steak, bananas, honey.

Apples, strawberries, blueberries, butter, honey, cheese, and coffee are regular things I eat.

Some seasonal foods include watermelon, oranges. I sometimes will buy ice cream that’s made with grassfed milk, honey, and other clean ingredients.

My diet has plenty of variety and good tasting foods.

Ok sounds pretty normal!

nice post 👍

since allergies are an inflammatory response it makes sense that you're elimination of the seed oils and refined sugar would help.

and I think promoting a healthy biome helps regulate whatever inflammation does happen.

I thought about the inflammation after I posted. It makes sense and maybe it took a few years to recover from it. I heard that it takes 7 years to fully cleanse your body from seed oils too.
