Why

I find that this specific b complex reduces my want for coffee, and I like to cycle one every once in awhile to ensure no deficiencies.

No coffee doesn’t sound like a good time. In saying that, it’s my only vice.

Certainly it's rough for like 2 weeks but I like the challenge and view cycling as important so I do it.

Scares me to think about it πŸ˜…

How long without coffee?

I usually go like 3-6 weeks, or until I've forgotten what it's like to be on coffee and think it would be nice to start again.

Cool, I stopped last year for a month. Did not feel any positive or negative effects, particularly on sleep, so I resumed because I like it

I usually sleep just a hair better, but motility and energy takes a noticeable hit, too.

you don't need any add. Vitamine Add. only B12 an't be produced by the body

Of course I don't need it.

It's a luxury.
