Yes! I have a spiral cutter, that let's me turn hard vegetables into spaghetti and I use if for sweet potatoes and stir fry them. Amazing with a fried egg on top - don't know why they match so well, but the do!

I'm coming over for breakfast! I looooove sweet potatoes, and all things made with sweet potatoes. I've made sweet potato fried with eggs, but never hashbrowns, and now I want it! Lol
