What makes you believe there is a nip for that? Where is it implemented? I'm curious to know as I'm working on nostr based community "opinions". It's still work in progress but can be tried out here: https://beta.walletscrutiny.com/hardware/passport/
It uses kind 1985, defined in https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/blob/master/32.md

Ohh, NIP32 seems more versatile than I thought. Can be used to tag/categorize content as well as rate and review?
So it can be used by users to apply to other content (in the latter case) or by content creators to apply to their own notes and content (former case)?
