Good morning nostr, its a great morning to be alive. We're skipping church today because my husband has a cold and we dont want to expose anyone else. Seems like something is going around lately.

Lately i've been feeling a little anxious about stuff, just world events and the outlook for humanity as a whole. But i've been making it a point to do some meditation, breathing, prayer, and today i woke up feeling peaceful.

Later today i'll be starting the turnover at the cabin, after our guests check out. Its a mother and her 2 yr old son, and he brought his own litte fishing pole to fish in our pond, so cute. Anyway, i've already put some osso buco in the crockpot for lunch later, and its time to go for my walk. Yall have a great Sunday, enjoy your coffee, and remember that today is a gift. #coffeechain #grownostr #homesteading #bnbstr

Good morning Maria! Have a great day!

Hope ya feel better, my wife has been sick. She took some echinacea tincture and it knocked out her fever. She’s already feeling better

Yeah, before my husband got sick, i had the crud and drank lots of herbal teas and bone broth. Also took some ivermectin, which i believe sped up my recovery.

Good morning from windy, rainy eastern Washington. My outdoor saunter may be delayed if not outright cancelled at this point. Good day to get some inside projects buttoned up.

My weather today def sounds better. I should stop whining about the delay of fall.😊

It's relaxing and much needed. The rain is needed, the wind can go away.

Hope he caught some fish--

AND - would you be willing to share your osso buco recipe? Haven't really found one we love yet...

I dont have a recipe per se, i just put it in the crockpot, added salt, pepper. Then cut up some onions, carrots, and lots of fresh garlic. I've done it this way before, and it turned out very tasty and super tender. I think its one of those cuts that's highly underrated.

Thanks--for whatever reason, it's one of our least favorite cuts (but other rave about it) so looking for "the answer" and what we've been missing.

Right now, we tend to just make it into soup...(which seems similar to what you're doing)... πŸ˜ƒ so maybe we're on the right track...

Good morning Maria β˜•οΈ

Morning Luke😊
