I usually stick to speakerphone for about 95% of the time.

When I do use my $10 JBL wired earphones for longer sessions,

I clip on these ferrite beads.

Can it affect sleep?

There's a big connection with melatonin here. SO yes, it does.

Ha! I was gonna ask which headphones you’d recommend buying, as I saw the thing about in ear/old school. I have the old iPhone ones atm. Please advise for zaps!

I use basic $10 wired JBL ones with a 3.5mm adapter + ferrite beads

But these are in ear, thought you said it’s better to have old school ones over ear? Thank you!

Yes, over the ear are better. Airtubes even better.

my headphone usage is less than 5%

I like using speakerphone most of the time

I’m the same with speakerphone preferred, but there are times I need the earbuds which means my phones in my back pocket. I have a case that’s supposed to help with EMF reduction, but I still feel the effects after a while. Any suggestions to help reduce that exposure?

Cases can do more harm than good. I’d suggest you turn off all RF antennas before you put it in your pocket

Interesting on the cases! One side has metal plate in it, I face that toward my body. I don’t have a great meter, but I will say the case doesn’t seem to affect the levels. What about those little EMF stickers… I never understood how they could possibly work, so I never tried them.

If you’re listening to a podcast for instance, do you turn off all RF except Wi-Fi? Or go as far as downloading, then deleting each episode as listened.

It took me years to figure out my weird “headaches“ that weren’t quite headaches, and now, 15 years later, I wonder if it isn’t all the tattoo work I had done in my youth that increased my sensitivity. With all I knew about health and wellness, I never considered the toxicity/metals in the ink.

Appreciate your knowledge… I will zap in the future, I’m still trying to figure out which way to link wallets for maximum privacy.

Cases are very tricky IMO.

It’s the same problem with laptop shielding pads.

Stickers? They’re the biggest scam ever. None of them do anything.

I usually download the podcast & then put the phone in complete airplane mode.
