Just like the tattoos, can’t believe I didn’t think about the phone case… Anytime I used my phone, I folded back that metal “protection”, which would thus reflect signals right back at me even stronger 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
I did start downloading and deleting episodes manually to turn airplane mode on fully while listening. I still get weird feeling with Phone close to me for prolonged periods, though, so I even try to keep a bit of distance with speakers on when possible.
Metal ions and tattoos makes perfect sense to me now. It definitely explains the heightened sensitivity… and also recently started thinking about its limiting of sun exposure. Swapped out my glasses to non-UV blocking at least!
Interesting on the cases! One side has metal plate in it, I face that toward my body. I don’t have a great meter, but I will say the case doesn’t seem to affect the levels. What about those little EMF stickers… I never understood how they could possibly work, so I never tried them.
If you’re listening to a podcast for instance, do you turn off all RF except Wi-Fi? Or go as far as downloading, then deleting each episode as listened.
It took me years to figure out my weird “headaches“ that weren’t quite headaches, and now, 15 years later, I wonder if it isn’t all the tattoo work I had done in my youth that increased my sensitivity. With all I knew about health and wellness, I never considered the toxicity/metals in the ink.
Appreciate your knowledge… I will zap in the future, I’m still trying to figure out which way to link wallets for maximum privacy.
I’m the same with speakerphone preferred, but there are times I need the earbuds which means my phones in my back pocket. I have a case that’s supposed to help with EMF reduction, but I still feel the effects after a while. Any suggestions to help reduce that exposure?
No broccoli haircuts, just cauliflower ears 😂
Wow! I would say they are definitely covering their asses. I can’t even believe they state there is a potential link between EMF and childhood leukemia… That’s almost as crazy as the CDC stating there’s a potential link between vaccines and neurological diseases.

Yep, not just adapters either. I bought a legit looking pair of wired headphones, cheap and basic, Bluetooth connection popped up as soon as I plugged them in. Returned them immediately. Total scam!
