Kraken is getting cut off from ACH. One of the oldest, well-regulated cryptocurrency exchanges getting cut off from many consumers…. The establishment is fighting.

I am not a Republican or Democrat. But I believe these guys should be definitely voted out.
First they ignore you ✅
Then they laugh at you ✅
Then they fight you ⬅️🚨
Then you win
Perhaps they think it will be an easy fight. 🤡🌎
Shit.
Being a bitcoiner doesn't mean that you don't deserve a representation, besides, we are still mostly tax payers. Time to vote out this establishment attacking our liberties. Enough is enough.

Azteco, cash card find a seller or buy from g2a.com . Easier than a kyc exchange direct to self custody
I honestly don't think bitcoin is cut out for this fight. Without privacy by default it is doomed. The same bitcoiners who refused to leave twitter when everyone was being censored and deplatformed and are now trying to share block lists for nostr are not adversarially minded enough to overcome bitcoin surveillance or to continue using bitcoin if it becomes a crime.
Most exchanges won’t even touch monero though, and for good reason.
But I’m guessing removing the ability for many ppl to dump their money into crypto is going to have a significant effect.

It wasn’t exactly targeted at Kraken. It’s a consequent of Silvergate thing.
Not sure if that makes it better or worse.
Maybe Gensler is a maxi?
✅ fewer centralized exchanges
✅ reduced ability for govt to trap bitcoin in the financial system to control it
My bank cut off Strike ach
Notice that they've only been going after the legitimate entities trying to play by the "rules". They know that these are the ones who stand to topple their control over the global financial institution.
The scams who they ought to be protecting the public from are left alone since they will all eventually fall apart anyways. Public collateral damage be damned.

I didn't realize they had ACH. Back in 2016 you had to wire funds. It sounds like they expect to be back up with ACH.
