Today my bakery (hobbs house bakery) has launched a new version of our classic wild white sourdough. Made with local organic “Mari’s Wigeon” flour grown butcarmer John Prior in Castle comb. This loaf not only looks and taste great, it’s totally distance travelled is 47miles from farm to mill to bakery and it support a great British farmer. You can get this loaf on our website and at Able and Cole if you’re a customer. 🫡
