Good morning nostr, having my coffee while i cook some bacon for the visiting fam. My husband and i dont usually eat breakfast, but i'm sure someone here will want some food. I think they'll leave early today though, then we'll be back to some routine stuff. Fun stuff, like digging in the dirt. I’ve got the Turkey bone broth going.
I thought it’d be ready this morning but it needs a solid 24 hours or more yet.
I’ll probably manually break the bones later this afternoon.
I checked them this morning and they were still a bit tough. So I think we have a ways to go to get all the goodness out of them.
Yes when i made some beef bone broth a few months ago, i had to cook the bones a long time. But the result was fantastic.
