#garlic and raw #honey #infusion

I was surprised to see the visual difference between the local produced raw honey and some store bought honey. Good thing I bought a gallon of the raw honey. Excited to make a lot more infusions

I consume 2 teaspoon of honey everyday.

How tf are the garlic cloves on the bottom of the jar and not floating? My jar is over a month old and the cloves are still not completely submerged.

Good question lol, this was taken a few minutes after I scooped the honey in, and it was quite thick so it held them down for an hour or so. Then when they surfaced I flipped the jar over. Apparently that's how to keep them submerged best as possible. Today the honey is slightly more viscous and I just flip the jar every couple of hours. Rotating the jar also helps the flavor mix. Your honey will probably be more viscous if the fermentation process has begun. Have you given it a taste test yet? I think I'll wait at least a week before testing mine
