I get it but wondering if primal algo gets me more exposure to certain content by liking posts? Still learning the nostr ways.

No. The likes inform their trending algo, but not your regular chronological feed.

Does primal compensate you for using their app in any way?

Thanks response. So, to get the content I want on primal, just follow or #? I find # giving me limited response. Course I kinda make up my own #!

Follows, hashtags, and primal also has a “feed marketplace”. You can also create feeds from custom searches in the app.
