I used to buy Starbucks cards using bitcoin with Fold before they even had an app. Not because I liked Starbucks, but because it was a way to use bitcoin. I’m just trying to earn some of those sats back now. 😅
Understandable. I just had dropped the complication of it. Missing spins, transfers, waiting for withdrawal, no p2p transfers. Back using a cash reward card and converting monthly to bitcoin.

Users have been asking for Lightning withdrawals for over two years. They’ve said it’s “on the roadmap.” How long is this fucking road?
I tried the Fold card for a while but I rarely made more from spinning after a purchase than I would just by using the Gemini credit card (3% for food, 10% gas) or some other card with Lolli boosts.
And the $100 fee takes all the run away. I have 5 months left until my annual plan expires and I don’t think I’ll be keeping it past that.
Can’t recommend anything less than ditching it. Be sure you build up enough rewards for a final, full withdrawal. Don’t leave anything on the table.
