How do you broadcast old notes to your private relay to back them up?

There are clients that have this feature. You click on broadcast your notes and select your personal or private relay and toggle off the other relays.
Do you happen to know a client with that option? Looked at snort and Primal, Amethyst might have it but can't find it
This is possible. I read about it somewhere. I’m sure someone here knows how.
