Correct, the note just have to travel through different devices running nostr:npub1yjxerh4msvgqf230ej3648a28xhvxjstqr2rhpjt2eelf538e70scnl9d0 until one have access to the internet, then that device will be able to publish all gathered notes to online relays and those notes will eventually be available for anyone anywhere
