Correct, the note just have to travel through different devices running nostr:nprofile1qqszfrv3m6acxyqy4ghuega2n74rntkrfg9sp4pmse94vul56gnul8cpz4mhxue69uhkummnw3ezummcw3ezuer9wchsxej3h9 until one have access to the internet, then that device will be able to publish all gathered notes to online relays and those notes will eventually be available for anyone anywhere
