Does it come with the usual tasks of other lightening nodes? (managing inbound outbound liquidity etc)

Can I use my currently custodial Alby LN URL with a self hoasted hub?

we have a lot of automation and defaults in regards to channels and liquidity. so getting started should be easy.

everything works as expected and as you know it. your lnurl/ln address just works.
