Guess the “Trump’s a warmonger, it’s WWIII” mania died down? Netanyahu owns him and will force him to send troops into Iran? Ring a bell, or already memory-holed?

Fuckin’ crickets in my feed.

The counter narrative is the new narrative. Stay frosty af.

It seems to have been a theatrical performance. Iran orewarned, no casualties and the sites not really destroyed either.

Im standing with my earlier suspicions that it was partially a test of public sentiment.

Don’t know whether Iran had real nukes or whether if they did they were taken out, but yes, obviously theater, no casualties, forewarning for both sides, precursor to peace.

a homie pointed out to me that if the intention was to destroy the *narrative for war*,

hitting those sites and being done was a pretty cagey move.

lets see the hawks rationalize a prolonged conflict with Trump going on and on about how he destroyed Irans ability to produce a nuke.

the man's a grifter but appears to NOT be another psychopath. its really refreshing.

So you are saying there is a peaceful middle east now.

LMAO.

Yes you were a voice of calm amidst cries of the start of a world war.

That being said I do not think it is a bad thing for people to be overly sensitive and vocalise their displeasure loudly towards any action that could push us towards a deep global conflict. It seems like a good societal immune response to me.

Of course it's fine to voice one's objections to war. But to go all in on a fake narrative, be smug about it and then crickets when it's falsified is the behavior I saw from the covid maniacs too.

Yes.

Many people vehemently change their opinions with no conscious awareness that any change has taken place.

It was a good post, Chris. You called it IMO.
