There was a show in the UK iirc called secret eaters where they asked these fatties how much they ate and their answers were always like not much bro! And then the production crew filmed them and counted all the meals/calories and the delta between their delusion and reality was like 10x 😂 “what you eat in private you wear in public” the fatties in the office carrying around salads weren’t fooling anyone. The first step is acknowledging they have an addiction to food and are lazy af lol can’t change until they get to step 1. Blaming it on seed oils/whatever is not going to drop the lbs

The fatties be like “I can’t fast bro, that’s not healthy, you don’t understand, I have a condition!” When the reality is they have enough calories stored to not eat for like a year and they will be fine. It’s a mental thing, they are weak minded.

"Fasting is so hard, I don't know how you do it" is what they often say. Or "I don't understand how you eat so much, but don't get fat".

Meanwhile, they don't realise fit people workout daily and eat good the majority of the time.

I think part of the problem with these types of people, is how they do not hangout with fit and healthy individuals enough, so their perspective is skewed.

For example, when I see old friends who are chubby, it will be at events. We'll have a dinner, a kid's birthday party, ect. So they'll see me eat food I usually don't eat, and wonder how I don't look like them.

They don't see me working out daily. They don't see me typically only eating between 2-7pm. They don't see that I typically only eat food that can be killed, plucked or picked. No preservatives or package foods.

What are you thoughts on calories in & calories out?

Part of me thinks it's bullshit. I don't see 1,000 calories of meat as the same as 1,000 calories of bread.

Not all calories are equal obvi but it’s a good baseline . I think the carnivores are crazy, I love carbs too much. Like with anything, moderation is key

I like potatoes too much to go full carnivore. I try to go meat/fish > potatoes > veggies > fruits.

Today, I went all carbs. After running a half marathon for the halving, I ate two 12" inch pizzas with a meat lasagna. I feel like garbage now, but I don't regret it!

I'll be back to my regular habits tomorrow.

I’m Italian so I eat pasta, bread, pizza, etc regularly. I exercise pretty much everyday tho and have since I was young. Another thing ppl don’t talk about is discipline is developed early, and if not, it probably never will be. Now the gym is pretty mainstream but it wasn’t like that growing up at least here in phx/scottsdale

There is a reason why gluttony is a sin. Normies portion sizes are way too big too. They could cut it in 1/2 or 1/3 and immediately see results

I'm a halfie. My dad's side of the family was fresh off the boat, after WW2.

Yeah, I was lucky to be ingrained in it early by my dad and hockey. I was always active at a super young age.

It's good gyms are more mainstream. It's just too bad most people don't know how to properly train, and how the majority of trainers at these franchise gyms are shit at their job.

Yeah it’s def better to train half assed than not at all tho. Levels to this. It’s a good trend. I’m glad ppl are getting more vain now with social media lol

I think the top things to eliminate are seed oils, MSG, and crazy ass chemicals.

Lol
