🚨🚨 150K Sats bounty - Logo design for Nostr Reddit-clone PWA

With Reddit recently introducing API-fees, annoying many of their developers and communities, #nostr is well positioned for the next wave of migrants looking to escape the centralised control of Big Tech Social Media.

nostr:npub1alpha9l6f7kk08jxfdaxrpqqnd7vwcz6e6cvtattgexjhxr2vrcqk86dsn has been working on a nostr-based Reddit clone and is about to launch a Beta of his Progressive Web App which will work across all platforms - 🍎 can pound sand trying to take a cut!

The app will be hosted at https://www.nostr.kiwi

Nostriches love their flightless birds so hopefully you will all rally behind Kiwi and help get this project running!

I’m offering 150K Sats for the best logo design submitted by 23:59 GMT of Monday 26 June - approx 35 hours from now.

Design tip: Make sure your image ‘works’ (meaning is readable and recognizable and aesthetically pleasing) in a range of sizes from LARGE to tiny. For example example If you look at many Twitter profile images you’ll notice they are unrecognizable until viewed at a larger size.

Do you think you could try to come up with something space-birdish?

That would combine the familiar alien-space-like logo of Reddit and the ostrich obsession of nostriches 😄

Here’s what midjourney and a bit of photoshop got me.. obviously not a logo material, but some food for thought.

I really like the talking bubble kiwi though.

Kiwi is just a domain zone like .com

However having a kiwi or a space kiwi is a nice choice imo — it’s still a bird, so somewhat related to the symbol of Nostr. Seems like the way to go.
