What do you tend to eat? I wish I could afford Ribeyes all the time, but am heavy on the ground beef and then top rounds that tend to be affordable.

I like chuck eye as a cheaper alternative to ribeyes but ground beef is a good option too if you can get 80/20 or more. Some places will grind you fattier mixes on request
I’m noticing the 100% grass fed is very lean. I prefer to do the 100% grass fed, rotationally grazed, but just add lots of butter perhaps?

Ground beef for sure. Abut 25 lbs per month. I've been enjoying he sliced carne asada that they generally have a Costco for $8.50 a pound. I generally load up on that when they put it out. Lots of fat and enjoyable.
