Yes they responded with “we have shipped a new one. “

I responded with to which address as I have 3 on file with them. They sent it to the other side of the planet to where I am currently. Would have been good to ask me where to ship not just the address used to order that unit6 months ago. People move

Anyway the positive is they did not ask questions just sent me a new one which is Cudos to them.

Did not address if this a know issue and if it will be an issue going forward

Also I notice that on my account I see every order I have made over the last 3 or 4 yrs. I thought I heard they were deleting data unless I got that part wrong or it’s different data than my orders and addresses

I thought they purged customer records after 60 days or something. How did they still have your information if you didn’t give it?

They were blanking some data after 120 days, and send an email indicating such.

Its important to note this is NOT a full purge, but just personal details (name, address). Unfortunately, if you have a recent order it still permits correlation by email. The only way to avoid that is to use a different email address per order, and for best privacy use different delivery points (not General Delivery requiring ID for pickup) and pay with Bitcoin.

I looked and couldn’t find the details on this anymore. Wondering if they they have changed their policy.
