Fermenting today:

Grinch kraut β€οΈπŸ’šβ€οΈπŸ’š with green cabbage, cumin seed, and red hot peppers

Too much juice to fit in the jar; a lovely peach color and probably has a little kick to it. Any ideas what to do with it? Actual sauerkraut juice I’d have tons of ideas, but this is just spicy cabbage juice…
