Cancel Social Security. Print dollars to pay back everyone’s payments with interest.
If you’ve already taken out more than you contributed (with interest), then congrats, you won. You don’t have to pay back the surplus, but you get nothing else.
There is nothing "secure" about Social Security, and the imposition of it is antisocial behaviour

Taxes is how politicians worldwide commit genocide against the masses, they steal our taxes and when our parents get old they get miserable pensions - each and every one us will have to pay for our children's and parents cancer treatments and unfortunately OUR own cancer treatments too. Meanwhile, corrupt leaders, deputies, judges, senators, ministers and Presidents waste our taxes with jetplanes, armies, rockets, booze, escorts and a lavish life - bought with your health benefits.

We need to get everyone under 50 to just accept that social security cannot be saved and repudiate it entirely. We have a plenty large enough block of potential votes who will never see its fake promises. Social security is simply a transfer from the statistically poorest Americans to the wealthiest, which is just categorically insane.
