All you do is kill US based mining and pools and maybe a few remaining other countries who will still bend the knee to the US. But miners and pools in other countries have too strong of a financial incentive to not comply. They will stack sats and ignore an increasingly broke, desperate, and ineffective US government.
Enforce existing laws already on the books...like immigration/border laws? Or you mean constitutional laws like 2A and 4A....whoops we can't have that.
