People keep trying to give me complicated nutrition tips and workout plans, and I'm like...
I should maybe start small. Like, getting at least 7 hours of sleep. Every night. No exceptions. No excuses. No guilt.
And then waking up 6 am and going for a walk.
That's it. That's the Grand Plan.
Nearly hopeless.
7 hours of sleep and fresh air sound like an impossible feat.
