Happiness is a feeling, and we can't always control our own feelings.

Accepting reality is also a choice. Being afraid to accept reality is a choice. Growing up and behaving like a Responsible Adult…is a choice. Being “grounded” is a choice.

Optimism isn't a delusion. That said, pessimist can never be negatively surprised.
