If you have an option to use natural light instead of fluorescent tube that might help.

Posture is also important, a hunched posture can put pressure on your neck muscles which can cause headaches.

Regular water breaks take you away from the screen and keep you hydrated

Thank you. Yes, it seems i need to change a bit the room situation.

Not sure about the posture, but agree there. I think i've already proper sitting posture. But, maybe there are still something that i miss 😅

The frequent ingestion of water also helps you by having to pee often so you are forced to at least stand up and go to the bathroom.

Thank you. Yes, it helps. I take the water every 15 or 30 minutes to stay hydrated and stay focus. Usually before or after lunch, i need to go to the restroom as the result. 😅
