Have you ever got some headache whenever working in a long time in front of PC/laptop? How did you manage to work for a long time in those condition?

I can barely stay for 3-4 hours in a day, before i got hit with headache.

Iya om, lumayan minum air putih juga terjaga. Tapi, mungkin kesehatan dan stamina yang udah mulai turun, gak sebugar dulu bisa kuat seharian πŸ˜₯

Kalau gitu coba workout 7 menit (x2) setiap hari. Itu kebiasaan Jack Dorsey morning routine nya.

Stamina di gas di awal hari, soalnya tubuh fisik nggak ada pengganti, jadi mesti dirawat sebaik mungkin

Iya om, coba ningkatin juga dengan olahraga ringan.

Pas sih, paling stabil saya bisa fokus pagi. Setelah siang susah, mudah sakit kepala.

Just sleep or massage on your eyes and neck can ease your pain per hours. I recommend the combo of taking a bath and massage.

If you have an option to use natural light instead of fluorescent tube that might help.

Posture is also important, a hunched posture can put pressure on your neck muscles which can cause headaches.

Regular water breaks take you away from the screen and keep you hydrated

Not sure about the posture, but agree there. I think i've already proper sitting posture. But, maybe there are still something that i miss πŸ˜…

Thank you. I rarely took medicine, unless it is really unbearable. I will take paracetamol to reduce the pain. A light nap in the afternoon usually enough though πŸ˜…

I heard coffee makes headaches go away I don't know if that's true

Recently, I'm not used to take coffee daily anymore and rather prefer to take juice. I took coffee quite often when i was in college to help me stay awake to finish college home work.πŸ˜…

Makasih. Iya kak, itu yg bantu ane malahan bisa tahan 3-4 jam (banyak minum air putih tiap 15 atau 30 menit) kerja di depan laptop, tanpa itu malah cuma 1-2 jam aja udah mulai pusing biasanya.

Rasanya sih udah gak ada masalah sama posisi duduk. Tapi, coba ane inget terus deh mungkin aja lupa malah bungkuk gak nyadar πŸ˜
