Yes, unfortunately there are also fake accounts at Nostr. If you look closely, these are easy to spot. Unfortunately, at Nostr you can only mute these fake accounts and not block them.

They do it on purpose. They know that if they act dumb and you still fall for it, they've got a sucker... it's too easy to use correct spelling and grammar yet they still do it wrong... on purpose to weed out the non gullable people.
Come to think of it, I have followed brunell like 5x. Hmmm. But it's likely just not seen on different relays.
