I get quite a few bitcoiners to my Feasts and they often pay in bitcoin, but I haven't offered a discount on this. I guess my prices have got over 50% cheaper in the last year alone when you denominate in BTC!!

Hi 👋🏻…
Since we’ve had this offer, no one has paid with Bitcoin yet.
It’s quite rare for someone to pay with Bitcoin here, as the average price per person is around €400–500.
We have had a few Bitcoin payments in the past, including a room rental for a Bitcoin meetup.
For us, it’s a slow way to build capital for the restaurant — and of course, a great marketing tool.
Yes and it’s getting cheaper for Bitcoiners and I will make everything possible to get much Bitcoins as possible for my work, even when it’s 10% off from the bill dominated in Euro.
Nice one, In the UK we can do spend and replace which stops the tax trigger, In Germany if you hold for 1year there is not cap gains tax. That's correct isn't it?
I am trying to get my family bakery to have a bitcoin strategy. its not been very well received but I will keep working on them!
If I am ever in Germany, I will try and come for dinner. The food looks amazing!
Just as a privat holder of btc, you are tax free after a year. But not in buisness terms. In Buisness case you always have 25% tax, same tax like profit on stocks . If you sell it. My goal is to hold it as a treasury asset to get fiat credits from banks for new projects.
And thanks for the conversation, hope we can do this once face to face. I will cook at BTC Amsterdam in November. Maybe there.
