Im confused. Pawpaw is papaya no? Doesn't look right or different fruit, different country, different name?
The American Pawpaw is similar to papaya, but not sure if related. It is native to America and I believe produces the largest fruit of any Native American fruiting tree. 🥰

We saw a butterfly last year that apparently goes to pawpaw flowers so we must have some nearby but I have yet to find any.
