I've never brined chicken before smoking it, so I decided to give it a go. It's probably something I'll keep doing and trying to get better at. Tonight's supper was the smoked chicken on a salad with homegrown sweet corn and tomatoes, some cheese from my in-laws, and a homemade Chipotle ranch dressing. The beverage is blueberry peach kombucha.
