#introduction 👋 hi primal people. I’m Sam. Former bleach blonde fin tech corporate drone who was mentally and physically sick, trapped in the conventional medical system for years. I learned how to heal myself through real food nutrition, breath, circadian health, tons of therapy, comedy, art, and God. Got off all of my medication, including psych meds.

It’s been a difficult health journey and we’re still on it, but I’m grateful for it all. Grateful that I continue to meet depths of my true myself throughout the process 🙏

I left corporate sales to work on farms in Hawaii for 3ish years. Had the most beautiful and difficult experiences of my life living in rural and off-grid communities. Did everything from grueling field work to managing a $1.3 million fundraising campaign for a sustainable agritourism farm.

Now, I coach people on circadian and nervous system health, work for regenerative TX farmers, and make sketch comedy that pokes fun at all the insane crap us wellness junkies do to try and be healthy and happy in this wild world. Also a BTC newbie 🤓🙈👼🏼
