If you connect your Alby to Zeus you can see the unpaid invoices 🥲
Zeus can’t even fetch my Alby tx history rn for some reason. I tried paying my Alby wallet directly and the payments succeed, but nothing shows up in Alby.

Problem seems to have started sometime after 9 am CST
Mine started a little before that. Some payments were still received successfully so I’m wondering if those might have come from other Alby users.
In the meantime I was able to withdraw my balance from Alby to another wallet, so I’ll probably just wait it out until they resolve the issue. Not sure what happens to the missing sats but hopefully they either return to the sending wallets or get properly credited to our accounts.

Bunch of people saying they have not received zaps when senders confirm that payment went through. I switched my lightning address back to Strike for now to make sure people’s zaps don’t disappear into a black hole. Hopefully it’s just a UI bug and not an LNURL server hack.
All payments arrived. But there was a delay in publishing them to the UI. Sorry for that.
I just zapped this note 21 sats to test. Payment went through on my side, but I don’t see the zap on the note. Did you receive the payment?
I even just tried sending payments directly to my Alby wallet and the payments go through, but the sats don’t show in my Alby wallet. I tried sending with both Strike and Mutiny. Payments all succeed, but nothing appears in my Alby wallet.

Any payment I make to my Alby wallet succeeds, but the sats don’t show up in Alby. Happening to a bunch of other people as well.
Don't worry, getting rugged everything is still cheaper than running your own ln node
