I don't think the profundity of being able to host a web application on Nostr that can connect to HTTPS without a DNS dependency can be overstated.

Nostr is so much more than a protocol for social media.

It’s a big fucking deal.

Wow! I understand enough of that info to know how powerful it is.

Get some rest🤙🏼

Anyone else having trouble opening the page in mobile Safari?

I cannot pretend that I personally understand the tech, but the ramifications are daunting. My web manager tells me it's a bit far away, in infancy but once user friendly apps appear it will be revolution.

Marty, I feel like you don’t fully understand and are overhyping.

I kind of had the idea 3 years ago but implementation was above my pay grade https://youtu.be/h2h94RCynIo?si=o8kUeJCaHE_nIe7v

NOSTR ONLY

💜🤙

Saw this tonight right before I read this...seems spot on Bowie

hes a pedophile

Well shit...are there any celebrities and rockstars that aren't

Do I understand correctly: this is proof of concept that the nostr protocol enables web communication where a central DNS "switchboard" is not needed, which removes the ability of those DNS providers/controllers to block sites and control or surveil traffic between them? That means it's a reversing of the trend toward web centralization that's been going on steadily for a couple decades now...

What does this mean in layman's terms and what is the real world significance?

Marty, a reach out from eaarth directory,

Am I really thick or is there a more friendly way of understanding this.

Much seems to be about codes I am not interested about under the bonnet, I just want to drive it! Please help
