chargers are sealed units at least the ones i am familiar with from like 15 years ago, use sealed induction current transfer, they don't give them certifications but i think they are at least IP68 for teh most part, probably better, because they have to withstand dropping sometimes more than 1 meter onto tiles, which is part of IP68 requirements
