That was normal life in the US in the 1960/70s.

We got meat from the butcher, wrapped in paper, or hunted our own.

We fished in the Summer, in the Sun.

We grew fruit in our yard or picked wild berries, in the Sun.

Vegetables/Fruits were eaten only in Season, purchased locally from the Farmers Market.

We ate meat at every meal.

We knew our neighbors, whether we liked them or not.

We were hopeful for what the future would bring...

🫡 I like to think this still holds true in many parts of the rural US. At least it does where I live….

I grew up like this. I live like this. My kids live like this. The US lost it—crushed by predatory corporations, toxic consumerism, pointless hedonism. This is what happens when you live trusting modernity and ditching tradition.

We need more of this. Bitcoin will help but you also have to want it and to know what is missing and then do something about it. Bitcoin will help

It might have been in the past- but this list is a roadmap to the future. At least a future worth striving toward.
