My profession is electrical. Though I do know big brain who might be able to pull this off. A 2X2X2 block with 6 words each on each side of the insert for seed storage and transportability would be amazing!!

Here’s my thoughts - 
You’ll need a 5 axis water jet cutter, if you get the design down you can find a machine shop to make it but those tolerances are going to be crazy tight

These are usually made with EDM which you could do at home in a Tupperware bin (though not this well)

You can metal print stuff, but it's not smooth enough to do what you see in the video. You'd need to post process it, and at that point, you are better off just making things from a big chunk of metal.

I imagine eventually we will have something similar except its disguised a an everyday item like a hairbrush with a seed inside it or like those hide a key things. That would actually be pretty cool to design. Maybe you have me an idea here.
I thought about making a phony Polaroid camera… totally analog..you take a pic of the seed phrase, the picture goes inside the actual device (single use). And it’s impossible to get the picture out of the camera without a key or perhaps a fingerprint… idk.. I was thinking a offline picture is the simplest.. no one can see it and it has to be encased and protected. 🤷🏻♂️

You need a wire fdm machine (also called wire edm).
Its not cheap and its not small, especially when you need that kind of precision you're going to need a real (industrial) one.
Better ask a shop to produce for you, you can provide the CADs to them.
Well maybe you can build your own using cheap CNC like an 3D-printer paired with a generator and bath etc, but achieving accuracy could be a PITA.
