Private membership associations can help in this regard

A private membership association bank does not require permission from the government and has legal protection structured with or without section 508 c1A in the US

There are many legal precedents for this

Is anyone working on this? I don’t see it being discussed widely amongst bitcoiners yet which makes me wonder if most just don’t know about them. I’ve been learning about them lately

PMA links and thoughts:

I think of these guys as legal cypherpunks. Legalpunks I guess. Some are trained unlicensed lawyers. Some of them have been doing this for a long time, made mistakes, gone to jail, learned from their mistakes and course corrected and are teaching everyone. It looks like many of them have figured out how to legally not have to pay income taxes and possibly capital gains taxes on transactions that happen inside their private memebership associations. There’s a lot to learn and do, but understanding these concepts is very empowering.
