That's right. I used to think that any person could be convinced of a thing if I was provided with evidence. It turned out that wasn't the case. Most people believe something and can't be dissuaded. They even refuse to see the facts and don't want to spoil their illusion. I'm not like that and that's why I find it strange. My opinion is not firm and I can always change it if I see myself convinced otherwise. That's why I've always had a very hard time understanding people and finally gave up. I don't try anymore, I just accept that they are.

There’s no such thing as equality. And that directly translates into the ability of people to comprehend as well. The average person won’t be convinced one-on-one but will go where the wind blows.

This is exactly what I mean. People believe in some things and in most cases do what the majority does. No matter how much I convince them they won't change their minds, so I don't. I'm not like that though, I'm sure many other people aren't either. I always seek the truth, whether I like it or not. Even in most cases I do things differently than the majority simply because I don't think they are right.
